Death Penalty Case Work is a consequential area of law, both in and outside of the courtroom. For nearly two decades, Dr. Juandalynn Taylor has served as an expert in this field working on over 177 State and Federal death penalty cases throughout the United States. Dr. Taylor currently serves as the Visiting Assistant Professor and Fellow with the Center for Civil & Human Rights at the Gonzaga University School of Law.

About Juandalynn Taylor, Ph.D., J.D.
Professor Taylor holds a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from University of Texas at Austin, and a J.D. from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law. She is the founder of Taylor Advocacy Group, a sentencing advocacy and consulting firm and is regularly invited to speak about mitigation strategies for the defense in criminal matters. At Gonzaga, she teaches Constitutional Law and a Death Penalty Seminar.
